<p>Ismrt is a remote metering service provider used at my complex. I requested a statement last week as my balance went from 550 odd to R50 odd. They keep insisting it is the water and sanitation but are refusing to send my statmement so I can see the charges myself. I f everything is above board I do not understand why it is hard to supply my statment of account?</p>
