Dishonest, Disgusting and Delinquent

Lost for words at how fundamentally useless this company is. Calls and emails not answered. Countless messages left for the call center manager but to no avail. It seems as if the inbound call center number is manned by Casper, because nobody seems to answer the phone. Employees have a complete lack of respect for clients. Incorrect billing, made up charges for usage for a period that I was not in my house, and an audit process that was meant to take a week that has resulted in no feedback for nearly 4 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The list goes on and on. Nothing seems to amaze me with this company anymore. Empty promises of resolution just result in complete lack of delivery. What is surprising to me is that this company is still in business in this day and age. I can guarantee you that you will not get one cent out of me until you can prove what I have consumed. All you have to do is look at the hundreds of negative reviews on this site to give you an indication of how terrible ismrt is. I will make it my mission to get this company removed as the service provider of my estate.
