Deposit refund - Ismrt

I moved out of my complex 2nd of September 17, i emailed to find out when will i received my deposit 11th September, the response i got back on 18th September 17 was: "Thank you for your email, we apologize for not responding to your email sooner. The payment should be made roughly on the first week of October. " i sent another email the 4th October 17 when i will get my deposit back. i am still waiting for a response back and my money.
