This is the worst supplier i have ever came across. We stay in Summerset Village in midrand and the Estate useses RMS as our gas,electricity and water supplier. During the month of Feb our bill has increased x3!!!! It is just my husband, myself and our 5month old baby in the house. When i asked RMS to please look at our useage they said that gashouse (supplier of the gas) should come and look for any gas leakages becuase there is nothing wrong on their side. Gashouse came out and said there is no gas leak and that RMS is the problem..... We recieve sms's to give you your usuage (depicted in amounts) used. You will recieve a sms in the morning saying 9.00 and then two or three hours later another sms saying -59,00.... after you have paid them two days prior to the sms' 500,00!!!!!!!! If that is not **************** then i don't know!!! We complain to RMS and they just say that they are investigating while we paying so much!!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help us!! RMS is the worst supplier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
