*********!!!!

I am so tired of this company. They ***** your credits and charge you for electricity and water even if you are not at the residence. If you try to call them you struggle for almost the whole day and when you eventually do, you get sent from pillar to post. Even emailing them doesn't work. I'm shocked how this company is still operating. What they are doing is outright ********!!!!!

Got a call from André and Daphney from remote metering and Codex. I'm not really satisfied with the outcome but atleast I am not in the dark anymore. Thank you Daphney for the explanation, it really calmed the situation down. It is however, really sad that one must post a review 1st before getting any attention from your company. Your call centre seriously needs to be more effective.
