Billing issue

Billing issue still not resolved concerning the unit 355 Hereford for water and electricity. I don’t know how much I owe and the only explanation is that the unit must have lost connection. I must ensure that I have enough funds for backlog. But I don’t know how much is that. And how it is calculated
