Being **********

I hav installed a gas stove and last month a solar geyser but my electricity bill keeps going up not down, in a house of 3 ppl with only tv n fridge, and lights at night, I still spend R1200, to prove that im being ********** I was not home this last weekend and yet my daily consumption was R40 for Sunday only, no one was home, now how is that in the world possible, I asked them to sent a technician to check what is going on, y my electricity bill increases instate of decreasing but to date I hav not got a respond, I am planning to get our complex to change this ppl, in the progress of getting a petition so we can be free if this *******.

Surely I cant consume electricity soi high when im not even at home, worse part my consumption seems to be increasing while I do not even use electric geysers or stove, I need an explanation n a solution n I need it fast.
