Bad customer service

Very bad service, I am currently working from home and they cut off my electricity, I have been trying to contact them for 3 hours, my laptop battery died my phones are dying. Rethlabile Moabi on their whatsapp chat requested some information and she takes 1hour to respond to a text and request for something else.
