ag, sorry we gave you the wrong information...
We left work early to meet with Andre and Christine at our complex in order that they could provide us with the necessary information about this product. Despite NUMEROUS attempts from my neighbours to get confirmation about hidden costs, we were never informed that there is a daily fee for this service! We have now received an email to say:
Please accept my sincere apology if any of the fees or costs were not made clear during our visit to Abbey or if any information was communicate incorrectly at the time. Below are the items that will be loaded or applies to your smrt!Wallet. smrt!Wallet cost: R70 Once off registration fee to activate your smr!Wallet R2.68 Daily smrt!Wallet management fee (R81.47p/m)
What a load of *******! I even called Andre to get some sort of feedback on this and his attitude was simply that we need to pay it.

Thank you for the feedback. During the info session we did mention that we will confirm all the costs in a letter prior to the go live date on 1 November.
