300 Not on the dashboard

On the 28 of feb I topped up with R300 . Kept on checking it did not see anything on the dashboard then contacted them on whatsapp , a lady called Dikeledi Moage said their system is slow it will appear on the dash board fine .today is another week I told her the same thing she said i used it up . I showed her the Proof of payment and also sent her my billing up until today fro The day I recharged . Still it does not explain where my 300 went . Yesterday I was on negative with R24 since that 300 didn’t appear I topped it up with 50. I called call center they said the time I was recharging with 300 I was on negative but on my dashboard and also on the email That says I have topped up It didn’t day I was owing . Didn’t get any help and my 300 goes down the Drain just like that , I tried .
