Waiting for money which is mine to begin with.

I was a Remedi Medical Aid member but withdrew my membership effective 30/11/2015 due to lack of or no service. Even after withdrawing there's no joy, i.e. getting my money refunded to me even though I should not have payed for it in the first place. On around about the 4th Jan 2016, I called the Remedi Call Centre and held on for over 30mins. Eventually I was transferred to Mohammed. My 1st enquiry was, why when I went to the doctor in December 2015 and was issued with a script did Remedi not pay for my medication and I had to pay cash when.... I still had over R3,000.00 in my Personal Medical Savings. Mohammed advised me that this was a system error and that it would be corrected within the next 3 to 4 working days whereby the refund would be transferred in to bank account 08/01/2016. Mohammed then called me back on the 14th Jan 2016 to once again inform me of another system error that hindered them from refunding my money reassuring me that I would receive it by the 15th Jan. It is well over a month and I have received nothing yet?? In addition the balance of my PMA I will only receive in 4months.. in the event of any additional claims. What claims? I've withdrawn. This is SAD!!
