Unpaid claim

REMEDI is the useless medical aid ever, they have Dental Risk which is their third party. I have to go through them when I had to go to the dentist. I went to the dentist on the 9th of September and they promised to submit a claim. After few months the practice comes back to say the claim was not submitted and now they blacklisted me.
