So 2019 I was pregnant and sent an email to the scheme requesting that they activate my martenity basket which was not done and I was unfortunate enough to be told I have no funds I have to pay from my own pocket which I queried instead of them refunding me my money back they then decide to pay the doctor.Now I have to run around calling Dr Zwide Nxumalo to refund me my money it has been a good 3 months speaking to his rude employees and them saying their processing the payment. This has really been an unpleasant situation because the medical aid wanted to shift the blame.
