Thyroid Medication

Been waiting for weeks for my thyroid medication to be loaded onto their system. I call every 3 days to be told the same story, we are waiting for feedback from the relevant department. Spoken to 2 team leaders who just irritated me further by ignoring the problem . I actually need help please, as I have wasted so much airtime calling them
