Terrible fund administrators

<p>My child was born in april and i only got to submit the childs details a month later because of Home affairs delays. And according to their underwriting requirement is to submit birth documents. But later after submiting the documents they imposed the waiting period of three months stating that i could have submitted applications forms with a name or supporting documents that will changed later. Nowhere has this latest requirement been stated in the Discovery/Remedi's PMB or even advise all members giving birth while enrolled on their medical aids</p> <p> </p> <p>I would advise investers to start a new medical aid that will cater for all because REMEDI/Discovery have populated the market too muchand doesnt care about peoples lives</p>
