Remedi Claims - The worst ever!

I'm a Remedi member and I've been happy with them until last year. Submitting claims that have to be paid from PMSA (saving) have become such a schlep!

I've submitted the exact same claim on 24/12/2018, 09/01/2019, 21/01/2019, 25/01/2019 and again today 31/01/2019 and still nothing!

Their service has become ridiculous! It's really sad that being a Remedi member is a condition of my employment. So withdrawing is not even an option.
