Remedi alienating good Doctors

What is it that Remedi is doing to alienate Doctors? I have been going to pediatrician Dr Tshigabe for my kids. I am on comprehensiveajd Dr was/ is on their list, so they paid. Now Dr doesn't accept Remedi anymore. Remedi is just complicating life for me.
