Poor standard level

Pathetic service to say the least I could have expected better from such a big company!why should we pay for medical aid services on a monthly basis but still have to pay for consultations out of our pockets.Yet there is a saying of quality is better than quantity. The service I get is definitely quantity and no quality at all.
