Optometry

<p>Ordered contact lenses. Amount taken from my savings account, even though there is a seperaste optometry benefit available for contact lenses. PPN who deals with optometry claims says it was because the lenses were issued by opthalmologist. Wording in my benefit option does not stipulate use of PPN provided for contact lenses.</p> <p>They would rather we go to optometrists who can not diagnose correctly, and secondly claims for services never done.</p> <p>***** on *****. I cant even choose my own medical aid or have any say in the service providers we prefer.</p> <p>SO I AM LEFT WITHOUT SAVINGS AND AN UNTOUCHED OPTOMETRY BENEFIT. Where does this make sense?</p> <p>I have been let down by Remedi so many times. Wish I can just opt out</p> <p> </p>
