No reply or phone call from 1st complaint....

<p>Your service as absolutely pathetic. How it can take you more than a week for 1 simple refund payment? yesterday when I contacted your call centre service I was advised by a lady in the authorizations department that your client services department would be back in this morning. What a bunch of lies!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Further to that I have been battling for more than a month to activate the maternity benefit. which has also not happened. I have completed the forms more than once and I sent in the codes that you need in order to complete this... and still nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>it is a hopeless case afterall.... because I can clearly continue to log complaints and contact your client services department until the ***s learn to fly....</p>
