No payment or communication

My dr is contracted to denmar hospital. I was there beginning of august this here, to date my claim has not been paid and i have received only auto repl emails from them. I have the following nrs: 9 sept *** 10 sept *** 19 sept *** 23 sept *** 14 oct *** 17 oct *** 31 oct ***. Will this matter ever be resolved REMEDI?.?
