More than 7 days to try and get your refund back from Remedi......!

<p>I submitted a claim on the 4th of March to Remedi to be refunded. Aside from the fact that they dont refund the full amount, it will be a week tomorrow, and still nothing. no phone call was even received to inform that the information supp**** was not clear enough. When I phoned on Tuesday, it was not even loaded on the system as yet. and today, it appears the whole client services department has left due to some function. I explained to the lady that I spoke to (Noxolo) that I need the refund paid as the funds had had to be used for something else. 7 days and counting guys.. really.....?</p> <p> </p> <p>It is defenitly not the situation of 2-3 working days....</p>
