Horrible service

Was kicked out of the admission room due to pending authorisation that needed to be received by 12:00. To make matters worse, I am wheelchair bound so I've travelled to the hospital for nothing. When I call them they say the reviewing Dr will contact my Dr and we've waited the whole day but no one from Remedi has called. I'm too upset to even describe my frustration with the lack of competence.
