claim rejected

I went to a dentist listed under their network providers with partial cover due to the fact that there is no dentist in my area with full cover. I called them today due to the account not being paid and was told that he is not one of their providers. The lady guided me on the website to get the following notes:

"Plan cover: We do not have a payment arrangement with this healthcare professional and they may charge above the Remedi Rate. If this happens, you will have to pay the difference between what is charged and what is covered on your benefit option."

Guess what.......NO payment was made, nothing, zero. What about them saying I will have to pay the difference? Why is no payment made according to their rates if he is listed on their site. What nonsense is this???

I've been on this medical aid for a long time and recently I am having more and more accounts being rejected and it feels like they are looking for excuses not to pay claims. Why am I wasting my money on paying them monthly ?

I will NOT recommend this medical aid to anyone and will start to look for a different one. I am tired of their excuses and bad service!!
