Cant get hold of Remedi

Remedi have the worst customer Service I ever had to deal with what customer care is there if there is no way of communication to you. <br> <br> I have been trying to get hold of Remedi Health for more than 6 months, I need my medical certificate (2009) for SARS. I have tried to reach them for the 6 months every time I call I get , put through to Discovery, the discovery agent just let me know that he can't help me he doesn't work for Remedi and put me on hold for Remedi for almost 2 hours, just to get through to discovery again. The agent then told me that I should call metropolitan, again an unnecessary call, just to get told no call discovery and talk to a manager WHY should I beg to get my medical Certificate. Remedi you will pay my SARS cost and my cell phone bill this is ridiculous , you make something so simple so difficult I am disgusted and frustrated. <br>
