After being issued with countless of letters of demand from various GP's for my emergency consultation @ Arwyp Medical Centre, and subsequently paying from my pocket avoiding ITC listings. Mr. Anand, a very dedicated agent/consultant eventually and rightfully got me eimbursed by his employers. I so wish that his evasive colleagues who failed me in attempting to resolve the matter were as understanding and helpful as he is.
