I've had a great experience using ReloHost for my website hosting. The platform is reliable, easy to navigate, and managing my website, domains, and business email has been much simpler than I expected. The migration process was smooth, and whenever I needed assistance, the support team responded promptly and professionally. On the few occasions where the support interns couldn't immediately resolve a technical issue, they escalated it to the Technical Leader, Karabo Mokgotho, who resolved the matter efficiently and kept us informed throughout the process. It was reassuring to know that more complex issues were handled by an experienced technical lead. Overall, everything has been running reliably, and I appreciate the commitment to customer service. I would happily recommend ReloHost to anyone looking for dependable hosting backed by a responsive and knowledgeable support team.

A company/ businesses and person you must stay away from and refrain from doing and business with them. is Karabo Mokgotho, who has communicated under ICTHub Creative Studios / ReloHost, and who has also identified himself online as Morwa N., listed as an IT Support Technician, Applications & Website Developer and Network Administrator based in Johannesburg. He has held my website and domain 'Hostage'. Refuses to transfer my domain acting like he never received the request. It's been a year now that we have been asking him to release this domain of our new business. He is so unreliable that his website shows 'Temporarily Closed' he avoids any calls and WhatsApps we try to engage him. His hosting is of no use to us as there is no value to it and we want to move to professional hosts. Every month our website is down, no access to emails meaning we loose business too. Karabo Mokgotho or Morwa N from listed companies he operates above...do the right thing and handover what is ours.

Relohost/ICT hub Creatuve Studios This report serves as a follow-up to a matter relating to a website development service that I engaged during June/July 2025 through the Snupit platform and reported on Hello Peter on the 24th July 2025. The project involved the development of an e-commerce website for my business, Absolute Services, which sells promotional products. The developer involved in the project is Karabo Mokgotho, who has communicated under ICTHub Creative Studios / ReloHost, and who has also identified himself online as Morwa N., listed as an IT Support Technician, Applications & Website Developer and Network Administrator based in Johannesburg. At the time of the engagement, I paid R1500 for the website development service. After the payment was made, the project was never completed or properly handed over. Communication from the developer stopped in July 2025, despite several attempts from my side to follow up regarding the status of the website. Due to the lack of delivery and communication, I formally reported the matter to Snupit on 14 July 2025, outlining the non-delivery of the service and concerns regarding the different business entities involved, including ICTHub Creative Studios, ReloHost and Morwa Nku Holdings. To date, the website project remains incomplete. The staging website environment that was provided to us continues to return 404 errors, indicating that the site was abandoned before completion. Recently, the developer contacted me again and attempted to pressure me to remove my posts about the matter from LinkedIn, HelloPeter and Facebook, stating that the incomplete website would only be removed once I deleted my posts. I have retained written communication where this condition was clearly stated. In addition, the developer has attempted to associate the dispute with my business AW360 (Absolute Wellness 360). For clarity, AW360 has never had any business relationship with this developer. The only engagement that ever existed was the website project for Absolute Services. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter amicably, the communication has escalated into what I consider intimidating and misleading conduct, including threats to publish negative statements about my businesses. Absolute Services continues to operate and serve its clients with integrity. My intention in posting this report is simply to ensure that the correct facts are placed on record and that my businesses are not misrepresented. All documentation relating to this matter has been retained, including: • Proof of payment for the website service • The original request submitted through Snupit • Communication history with the developer • Login details and evidence of the incomplete website environment • Messages indicating the condition that posts must be removed I remain open to resolving the matter professionally, but I believe it is important that the full context and factual timeline are recorded.
