Wrong item. No Refund despite assurances.

Very bad experience. More than 8 weeks before the item was delivered. Wrong item arrived and then their customer care center kept apologising, but the collection of the wrong item never happened. So no refund. I got the impression they send the wrong item as they are not sure what items their supplier has in stock.
