Wrong delivery. Promised to refund. Never did, despite repeated polite requests.

One star is more than they actually deserve! It took them almost a month to deliver, which I was willing to overlook because it was level 5 lockdown. But then what arrived was the wrong item. After trying for weeks, to get a response from them by email or cell phone, they were full of apologies for the error and lengthy delay in responding. But since then, absolutely nothing. No response to umpteen phone calls, emails, whatsapps. Nothing. BE WARNED. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE ******!
