worst store by far

i ordered a usb card for my pc it arrived but it was not the correct one since it did not have a power plug for the usb to get power so it did not work ordered it Dec, 05 2023 order number #70715 its now 27/06/2024 no return has been made i keep getting its been approved but no one came to collect it you wait hours to get one on the line just to get a call dropped sometimes i get a email saying it ween handed over to supervisor but still nothing is happening i wish some one could feel how it feels to lose R 486.99 and can show nothing for it the store should close its doors as they don't even deserve 1 star
