WORST SERVICE RECEIVED FROM RELIABLE STORE.co.za

I ordered a telescope on the 15th May and paid on the same day. 26 days later I haven't had one notification from reliable store. I spent nearly half an hour on the telephone waiting to speak to them and no one answered. I think they have ****** my money. This has to BE THE WORST service i have EVER received in my many years on this planet. No where on their 'co.za' website does it say that the goods are coming from overseas and that the waiting period is months long!
