Worst service ever.......

I am so frustrated with this company. By far the worst online shopping experience ever! No one is getting back at me- after 2 months waiting for my order - they deliver the wrong item.... After sending it back, now its already another month of promising to refund.... and nothing yet, trying to follow up - no response whatsoever...

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company....
