Worst service ever

I have ordered an item from Reliablestore on 17 February, payment was made by credit card and amount has been taken immediately, I have received an email with order number as confirmation of order - and nothing after that.

I have phoned on 25 February (eventually got through after several attempts) and was told that the item will be send by courier the first week of March.

This is now the second week of March and after (unfortunately only now) reading all the negative reviews from other customers about their bad experiences and orders that were never delivered, I have phoned again - only to be on the phone for 22 minutes without getting anybody on the line. I have therefore decided to write a review to warn people against this company and also to lodge a complaint at the Consumer Protection Act.

This is not acceptable and people should be warned against this company.
