Worst online store with top notch consultant service.

I ordered a drawing tablet from Reliable Store on the 2nd of March 2023. After two weeks of not receiving my item, I sent them an email expressing my concerns, as their policy was 7-14 days for delivery.

A consultant by the name of Primrose worked tirelessly, despite my very loud frustrations and assisted me throughout this tedious process. She was patient and provided me with all the necessary details regarding my parcel's whereabouts. Without her, I wouldn't have had any hope of ever receiving my parcel.

A month and two weeks later, the item was delivered but to my surprise, it did not include the extra nibs and glove it advertised. This was very disappointing as this product was R500 more than other competing stores. Primrose contacted me personally and said she would try and rectify this error.

Although, I will never order with Reliable again, I thankful for the 5 star service I received from Primrose.
