WORST ONLINE SHOPPING!

Worst online shopping experience ever! Ordered an item that was sent 2 months later, when it said it would take 2 weeks. When the item came it was not what I ordered! I phoned and emailed them, they said they would send a courier to collect the wrong item. Two weeks later no courier. I phoned them to find out what was happening. They said they have the order but again it is not what I ordered. Asked them to refund me so we will see!
