Worst online experience ever! Not Reliable in any way what so ever!

Most unreliable online store that I have ever bought from. I purchased an item on the 17 of February 2022. After contacting them on the 6 April 2022 and complaining that I not received a tracking number since I purchased the item, they finally responded on the 30th April 2022 to give me an estimated delivery date. I received the incomplete order on the 10 May 2022. They answered me on 21 July 2022 to tell me that they would give me an accurate date on 25 July 2022. I have not heard from them since and I have still not received the rest of my order that I have fully paid for.
