Worst Online Experience Ever

I ordered an item for somebody else on the 28th of January 2021 but had to cancel it because she gave me the wrong one to order. I cancelled it and was promised a refund if I send them my banking details. I send that and the refund was supposedly done and would reflect in my bank account after 7 to 10 days, but nothing. Then on the 17th of February 2021 I received an email that my account by them has been credited, but there was nothing. I sent emails every week and they just keep insisting that my account was credited and then I was refunded. I received a phone call from Catherine and she said she will look into it for me but that has been almost 3 weeks now and I have been sending emails, but no reply…I buy a lot online and this was really my worst experience ever. Even Wish.com is better..
