Worst online company to order items

Ordered item from them . Received wrong item. Send it back. Waited almost 2 months. Send again wrong item. Order number 24816. Cant get hold of them via telephone. Send for 4 months emails. Asked for full refund but they said they will take 35% of refund money. Please dont buy from this guys. There is no customer service. They dont answer the 1 phone line thats available. This company must be shut down. *****ing peoples money airtime ect. Will never order from them again. Next step is to hand them over to the consumers complain act. Im done with this comany. Worst company ever!!!
