Worse online store

This is the most unreliable online store to ever purchase from. I placed an order early this year. Cancelled the order in May. The store still delivered the goods. I had to courier the goods back to the store and i am still awaiting a refund. Very poor service. Everytime there are new people to deal with from Bathesane, Primrose, Catherine M, Puleng Makashute, Fumani. Everyone will revert with the same response that they are working on the refund. I will never deal with your store again.
