Won' t recommend this online store at all

Not reliable at all. I wanted to return an item and constantly have to call or watsup but nobody have showed up to come and collect my parcel. If I could rate then 1/2 star I would have because a whole star is too much.Customer service very very bad. No response to emails. I am not a happy customer at all. Really bad customer service
