Where is the Reliability??

I placed an order(#8432) a month ago (04 April 2020) and I haven't been able to track it. I tried emailing and calling in a couple of times and I couldn't get in touch with anybody. I haven't received my order yet and at this point I feel like I've just lost my cash.
