What a let down...

I placed an order with Reliable Store on order 06/18/2020 with order number 10534. I've not yet received my purchase, nor received and tracking numbers for it. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, I've had no response. This is appalling! Please advise where my products are asap - a 3 year old is waiting patiently for her gift!
