Warning to any Reliable Store buyers (Turn around)

I've never received bad service like this. Going in to the 3rd month now from October and finally can see that the package has arrived in ZA warehouse the 23rd.

Package is currently in Pretoria near me, but yet I need to Wait until 2023.

My tickets had misleading feedback from them with every query, some tickets logged not even answered. Through this whole experience I finally asked for a refund to what the rep**** to that I need to wait for the package and then send it back (a Package still oversee) which they will charge me 35% handeling fee on. This company is useless and if I can give any buyer who actually reads this before buying from them, rather go to a different store and do not touch this place. Rather by from Alibaba as you get same results but you expect it.

I think the most frustrated part in this experience is that I did not read through Hello Peter before I placed an order.
