Warning of poor and unreliable online store

Very poor online store, unreliable online store , I placed my order in October , there was no stock of what I ordered, order number 6356 and till to date I still haven't received my refund. 1st I spoke to was Catharine and she promised my refund will be done on the 25 November , 2nd person was Nhlanhla and he promised that my refund will be done on the 29th and yesterday I spoke to Puleng who promised that she will process it 04 December and still I haven't received my refund.
