1. They do not hold stock of the majority of items so they cannot deliver immediately. 2. You cannot reach them via phone. Nobody answers and you just get an automated voice message telling you the hold time is always 20 minutes plus. 3. They sometimes respond to emails but not always. 4. They promise refunds and do not process them. I had to track down the listed directors to request that my refund gets processed failing which I would open a case of ***** against them. 5. Their company is listed as in liquidation on CIPC. You can confirm it for yourself.
