Waiting months for order

We have ordered on the 4th of March and have not received anything as yet.

We are very unhappy about the service we are getting and the little “updates” we receive are false and inaccurate.

I was told the product should be delivered by the 22nd of April 2024. Each time we call in, we are given a different reason/excuse as to why the item is being delayed.

I have been trying to call 2 days in a row now with no answer.
