Waiting for delivery. After almost 3 months no tracking Number.

I place an order early March. I have yet to get a tracking number. All they keep telling me it is delayed due to stock issues overseas. They have my money, but not even a tracking number yet. This is not in good faith. By advertising something from overseas at a price that they don't even have stock, they are exposing themselves to the Rate of Exchange. ROE. Them they appear to not be able to supply at the price you paid. The scary issue is that they are endorsed on the Bid or Buy or BOB site too. I don't like to do this, but they are to be avoided as their business model appears to be unsustainable.
