Waist trainer ordered not delivered

I placed an order on the 3rd of March. The only communication I received was the order number. Thereafter I had to do a follow-up requesting the progress of the order. I was then told a tracking number will be sent as soon as possible. Today is the 17th of March. Nothing. I no longer want this product I want a full refund. If the product was not readily in stock my money was not meant to be deducted. The only communication I want to receive is a request of my banking details to refund. This has been a disappointing experience and customer service.
