Very very bad service and deliver inferior products to what they are advertised

Terrible service ... Ordered a product in November 2022 and they delivered and inferior cheap product and today they deliver a even cheaper product .. what they are selling on the website and what you get is not even close and it seems like they are selling goods that they can not procure. six months later and I have not yet received as per my website order...I will rather pay more in town than to do any business with them and u will not recommend them at all ... Told them today I want a refund.. order number 53141
