VERY VERY BAD!!! DONT USE THEM EVER!!

VERY VERY BAD!!! The service is absolutely very bad! It has been 4months and I have not yet received my order! No relies on my e-mails and only one landline number, that does not go through to the call center. I have called 7 times, from which they only answered two times and I was holding for an operator for more that 15min after which no one still answered...I hung up! They only send out a automatic reply from a e-mail ticket system and nothing from there!!!! Worst service/online store ever!!! DONT USE THEM!!
